@posbcare hi, yesterday I requested a withdrawal from a broker account. Because I used my debit card, funds should be refunded back via debit card. But I received notifications that transaction from debit card to the broker account instead. Need clarification

@archampion We offer account that comes with cheque book facility for estate account. The authorized person of the estate account can issue cheque to make any payment.

@posbcare hi, I received 2 cheques from Chubb insurance and are to pay to the estate of my father's name. So should I to bank in the cheques? Just write my name, bank account number and sign at the back of the cheques? Or should I go to bank outlet instead?

@archampion Estate account is opened for personal representatives of the deceased to manage his/her banking related. Once the estate account has been opened, the cheque that is meant for deceased can be deposited to the account.

@archampion Hi Archampion. Thank you for reaching out to us. The cheque can only be credited to estate account under your father name. If you indicate your name and your bank account number at the back of the cheque, it will be rejected.

@SingtelSupport hi, I received a Singtel bill letter for my late father. The total due is strange. It's stated "57.58-". There's a minus behind the 8. But there's no charges at all. It seems like a refund but I don't think the refund is valid anymore. Can help to check on this?
