@pushtheneedle @Qagggy I hope our concern about curb cuts on 14th is not misconstrued as wanting to end the project. As neighbors on 14th, our stance is that the city should not grant them an extra curb cut on Thomas without giving one up on 14th. Nothing more, nothing less.

@asher_971 I’m that Mike. The departure was asking to build another curb cut on Thomas. Code limits curb cuts to one lot line & no more than 2 curb cuts on lot line of this size. They are already putting 2 curb cuts on 14th Ave. With departure they now get 3 driveways on 2 lot lines. 😡

Mike has a letter and "strongly opposes the two vehicle driveways" and wants Departure 2 to be denied.
