@connor__peters Coast guard is moving from DFO to DND, so that most of that change. Canada Post got a huge bailout last FY, so this is just back to normal for them. Still lots of cuts though.

@Smileyyeg @stphnmaher It's 1) much cheaper and 2) much more neutral flavour I use it when I need large qty of oil, but my partner makes us splurge for the fancy avocado oil for our normal neutral oil (unpatriotic).

Gotta get out of the city for a while. I don't know how people never leave them and even take their vacations in... other cities! Sometimes the only neighbours I want to see are deers.

@univrsle It's a little curious how they often seem to support things now that they opposed before it was passed.

@argueswithbots Nope.....what he didn't talk about was the incoherence of saying that and his positions on these things that have a tendency to be 'moveable'

Really....a CPC government that won't control your life? So, what you are saying is people can choose MAiD? they can choose an abortion? they can choose to enjoy some pot every now and again? they can be whatever letter in the LGBTQ2+ universe they are and you won't bat an eye?
Andrew Scheer@AndrewScheer

This is what Canada needs! A government that stops trying to run everything out of Ottawa and control your life. Instead: Let people live their lives and buy and sell things freely. A government that does a few things well, instead of too many things poorly.

I just completed a Canadian government vaccine survey that should concern everyone. It didn’t just ask if you’re vaccinated. It asked: Who do you trust Why you hesitated If it was easy to comply If you’d take it in the future This isn’t about health. This is about mapping behaviour before the next rollout. Did anyone else get this? @thevivafrei

@kpthinks95 @TheChaosWeeber I don't think they were particularly proud of it. Released it late and it's not on the website anymore. People do care about this stuff, idk why they phone this part in every election.

austerity means both cuts and tax hikes. Canada needs to be raising taxes on everyone, PERIOD, and cutting spending where necessary It's not popular but we have to do it. Pierre wouldnt do the tax part, hed delusionally cut taxes and spending
KPthinks@kpthinks95

@TheChaosWeeber You may not like Poilievre, but you're coming around to his way thinking on things like crime and now deficits.

@stuartca87 @sarkonakj No, it's definitely not a realistic figure. TFWs will have much lower healthcare costs than the median canadian (because they're younger, and the vast majority of healthcare costs are for those 65+). It's fact free blaming, Dani's special.

@TheChaosWeeber We might not need to raise taxes (ideally the GST if anything) by much if we means tested OAS or capped the principal residence exemption. But your point stands that Poilievre wouldn't consider it.

Thank you to @pierrepoilievre for the free boost to western independence! That snide dismissal. Awfully familiar isn’t it? Show him ‘Berta Show him what it means to be free.
