PM is requesting for WFH and this is the condition of the fiber broadband service of the so called No. 1 network provider @airtelindia after a very light rain in Kolkata (and their bot handling the problem). Why shouldn't there be any penalty based on downtime?

@airtelindia your broadband internet is getting worse day by day in Kolkata - frequently getting disconnected & reconnected for last one month.The most painful is to share the problem via chatbot - A ticket is created and then closed via your mysterious process. Problem persists.

@airtelindia Does your Xtream fiber broadband in Kolkata work when there is a long power cut of around 4-5 hours (if the router is connected with a power backup)?

@bigbasket_com Is there any update? It is still showing no areas under pin code 700105 in BbDaily app though there is no issue in normal BigBasket app. All my apps are uptodate.
