@shantanugoel Rejoined X just to comment on this. @lufthansa is the most racist airline. My wife is South African and we were treated so badly (as racist as it can get) by ground staff in Munich. Lufthansa apologised and told us appropriate measures had been taken and offered us compensation.

All this behavior, including downright rude and idiotic staff is unfortunately not an aberration but quite common on Lufthansa, which is why I never fly it.

I think it’s important to know. We take flights everyday. We didn’t argue much we just accepted that they won’t accept our bags. Even though the person at the counter ‘George’ was really rude, we were like screw it’s too early for this. What is the rule though?

Taking my flight from Mumbai to Baghdogara on @IndiGo6E today . Arrived at the counter 1 hour before but stood in line. By the time we reached the counter it was 7:12. Flight is at 8:10. We were told we won’t be allowed to board. Confused. Is the rule 1 hour before or 45 mins?
