@airtelindia Such a pathetic wifi + customer call service. I’ve been requesting and booking a time to shift my wifi but no one calls me, the service agent says - he’ll send someone else even though i got a message saying he will service it. And on 18 Apr (ie today) the says my service will be done yesterday?????

Dear @HDFCLIFE @CarebyHDFC_HL @HDFCBankNews I bought a family floater health insurance plan plan on 18 dec 2025. But never got the policy even after 15 days. That’s when i filed for complaint on email, on call, provided all the receipts, payment information And it’s been more than 45 days since your customer support has been asking me to wait patiently. Your last mail on 14 Feb asked me to wait 2 more working days but i haven’t heard from them since. Pathetic service

Nobody is coming to save workers. Not gig workers. Not white-collar employees. Not nurses, junior doctors, analysts, marketers, or engineers. In India, almost everyone is exploited, just in different uniforms. Nurses are underpaid. Doctors often work without proper equipment in government hospitals despite the knowledge they carry and the funding the system receives. Digital marketers sometimes earn more than the doctors they run ads for. White-collar jobs in AC look privileged, but in cities like Mumbai, BLR, or NCR, inflation and lifestyle creep make sure you’re always one step behind. Bills don’t care whether you work on a bike or behind a screen. We spend a lot of time arguing about who has it worse. Blue collar versus white collar. Gig workers versus corporate employees. That debate misses the point. Most jobs here squeeze you. Some do it with algorithms. Some do it with HR policies. Some do it with “growth opportunities” and manufactured urgency. Let’s also be honest about something uncomfortable. None of us really wants to be a sweeper, server, delivery rider, or tile cutter. The people who do these jobs often have aspirations, but very little support, weak accountability systems, and no real safety net. You can argue the system keeps them down, and that’s true. But in one way or another, most of us are trapped in the same system. I say this knowing I had privileges many don’t. There’s also an ugly truth about how modern platforms operate. Apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash have been repeatedly accused of using opaque systems that quietly push risk downward. Dynamic pay that changes without warning. Incentives that sound generous until conditions quietly shift. Ratings and performance scores that decide future work without real transparency. Tips that pass through systems workers don’t fully control or understand. On paper, it’s flexibility. In practice, it often feels like uncertainty engineered at scale. None of this is illegal in isolation. But taken together, it creates a model where workers absorb volatility while platforms protect margins. That doesn’t make these companies villains. It makes the incentives clear. And this isn’t just a gig-worker problem. White-collar employees burn out quietly. Founders collapse under pressure. We hear about suicides in corporate setups far too often. AC or bike, nobody really cares. This outrage cycle will pass too. The same people calling out CEOs today will still order food tomorrow, still tip inconsistently, and still move on. So where do I stand? Honestly, I don’t know. I tip when it’s raining or late at night. I do my work. And I leave the rest to regulation and law, because pretending individual morality can fix systemic incentives is dishonest. Nobody is coming to save workers. Not them. Not us. Maybe the first step is admitting that.

2025 for me was full of pain. I saw loss, I have been for a while but this one was awfully unbearable. I made decisions, some impulsive, some careless, some borderline reckless and some actually very good. However, I don’t regret any, not even the bad ones as I learned something from each one. I have lost myself while trying desperately to escape the pain. Therefore the greatest loss was something the world did not take from me or even god, it was something I let go myself and that was: ME. The me that hustled, the me that cared, the me that persevered. I have more of me to temptation that I can digest. In 2026, I have realised I cannot control the uncontrollable but one thing I CAN do is find myself again. So 2026 will not be the best year. BUT I WILL MAKE IT THE BEST FOR ME. I will not give up until I am proud of myself and rest is and always will be upto god and the universe. I have been a great admirer of art, love and stories and 2026 will be full of that because I believe there is justice. Poetic justice awaits me. All of you will witness this and I welcome you to be a part of that journey with me. At the end, I want to leave you with this, 2026 will not be the best year BUT WE WILL MAKE IT TO BE.
