Caution against the “digital arrest” scam has even been done by @narendramodi ji. Radio advertisement are full of it; mentioning that threats are given by people posing as “fake” officials.
Why in any case threats have to be given by “real officials”. Why this is considered ok?

The worst part in this whole insurance reimbursement related grievance is that their Ombudsman never respond. They all appear to be hand in glove with the company. The govt., as usual has kept this area fairly unregulated. @ajeetbharti take them to IRDAI. @HDFCERGOGIC
