Taking testosterone has weakened my bones, so I'm in quite a bit of pain a lot of the time. Low estrogen levels in females (without supplementation) increases the risk of osteoporosis, similar to postmenopausal women. It started in my 20s. My 20s. They didn't tell me.

I know this isn’t the point but one time at the weed company I joked with a big “IPA-guy” during a happy hour with “idk man… I just think hops should be wet” and he got so mad he stormed away and at like 3am he sent me a link to what “dry hops” are and why IPAs are important
