For @obsdmd: I use the sync functionality to ensure I have access across devices. I have folders set up for 1:1s (separated by team), PRD reviews, meetings with colleagues, and any regular cadence meeting. I use Things Sync to turn text in Obsidian into tasks on Things.

My biggest learnings almost one week after moving from 7 to 12 direct reports: 1. There wasn’t enough time in the day with 7 directs; now there’s really not enough time in the day, but in all caps 2. I cannot survive without @Cron, @culturedcode, and @obsdmd
