Voyager 1 is about to make history 🚀✨ In November 2026, NASA’s legendary probe is expected to become the first spacecraft ever to be one light-day away from Earth — so far that a signal from us would take a full 24 hours to reach it. Launched in 1977, Voyager 1 is still traveling through interstellar space nearly 50 years later. By around November 15, 2026, it should be about 16.1 billion miles (25.9 billion km) from Earth. 🌌 Humanity really built something in the 1970s… and it’s still going. 🥲 #Voyager1 #NASA #SpaceExploration #Astronomy #StarWalk

@oldmandavid17 @alexboge Setting aside that he was saying it’s a pain to build the technology again… we regularly “lose” technology, and sometimes it happens in under 20 years.

Imagine being a flat earther right now… “Bro just show us live streaming video from space, that’ll prove it!” NASA: “Say less.” beams down crystal-clear 4K live feed of the ISS soaring over a spinning blue marble with actual weather systems moving in real time Flerfs: “FAKE! CGI! It’s all AI-generated in a basement! The clouds are looping! Globe propaganda! Wake up sheeple!!1!” Bro… you demanded live video. They gave you live video. And your only response is to scream “deep state holograms” while hiding under a tinfoil hat made from expired Hot Pockets wrappers. Gotta Lie to Deny The Earth is visibly curving, rotating, and looking suspiciously not flat… but sure, keep telling yourself it’s all a $400 billion conspiracy just to trick you specifically. Meanwhile the rest of us are out here living in 2026, not 1526. Stay losing, flerfs. 😂🌍

The Artemis II team did photography training and dry runs for moon pass-by with an inflatable moon. Victor Glover said these practice runs completely changed how he understood importance of the mission. Christina Koch wanted to “tell a story” and share the “awe and grandeur.”

Orion's main parachute has deployed. The spacecraft has a system of 11 chutes that will slow it down from around 300 mph to 20 mph for splashdown. Get more updates on the Artemis II blog: nasa.gov/blogs/artemis/

@artillery___ @catnoodles99 @VLONEPREDATOR At the same time men in actual black face were mocking negros? You don't say. It's almost as if it were the same thing. Are you implying them men mocking the wanted to be them and copulate with them?

@artillery___ Cheers, didn't see your comment when I replied. You can mute twitter conversations by hitting the 3 dots on the right of follow and hit either "mute conversation" or "leave conversation". You won't get any more notifs. Twitter didn't explain that feature which sucks.

@artillery___ @catnoodles99 @VLONEPREDATOR The memory of my generation will be generally positive after the last one of us is gone. We won't be studied deeply, but will be remembered as strong. Before your generation is gone, you will be studied for popularizing femboys.
