@ArtsHeritage @Cyber_Seagull @123reg We have just fixed an issue with 123reg for a client of ours, albeit not related to the TSOHost issue but would be happy to try and help if we can.

@123reg massive issue on your migration of tsohost accounts. Looks like NameServers not migrated, cannot even receive email to give support access to our account. Having to now prove who we are to legal dept. Crazy way of dealing with a migration. 200 users not able to work!!

@Cuppa1977 @tsohost @123reg Exactly the same here. It’s hellish and we are really struggling to get anything done about it. Utterly appalling

@tsohost You have really stitched up your customers by moving to a @123reg They are terrible and I've been hitting my head against a brick wall trying to get my account recovered.

@ArtsHeritage @SetraHost @123reg @vidahost @tsohost I think a LOT of people will have the same problem because they sent emails saying auto-renew would work no problem after the transfer. They say they have restored my site (not emails) but I haven't had time to check it out yet. DNS needs setting up too.

@SetraHost @123reg @vidahost @tsohost The only way they will try to recover it by 30 day deadline is if I buy a new hosting package. They have agreed to waive £100 fee because they agree they did not email me to tell me that autobilling had been rejected. I assume my emails will be lost too.
