@colewehrle@colewehrle, as an aspiring game designer, your approach to games and how you embed history and narrative into them is truly inspirational. I look forward to a second edition of this game, like the fantastic Pax Pamir 2E and the very anticipated (& pre-ordered) JC 2E. Cheers!
I'm honored by this very sweet post. One thing left out: I would guess that any second edition of An Infamous Traffic will be at least two years out. So if you want the game, please pick it up at their yearly sale in a few days.
Hi #EDH5309
--Add to this thread twice per week with at least 2 resources you are exploring about Technology in Higher Ed. So excited to explore & learn with you!
#EDH5309 W6P2: throughout the semester for school or otherwise I referenced @pewresearch repeatedly. It’s so helpful to see data in so many different ways!
@Meaghan13498123 This is very true, the lines blurr at different spots for everyone. IMO, there’s no need to always be professional in the sense of always talking business related topics, however you should always hold yourself accountable to a professional standard and model leadership to others
#EDH5309 W6P1: one major theme with regards to digital leadership that I noticed was the discussion of personal vs professional online. What’s interesting about that is that it’s different for everyone!
#EDH5309 W6P2: My favorite article was "I tweet honestly, I tweet passionately" by @AliceMarwick. It made me reflect on how I engage with my own personal imagined audience and how it affects my perceived digital authenticity.
#EDH5309 W6: Bonus - My WHY for being online is to maintain a connection with the people I have met over my life and to sustain those relationships in ways it would be impossible to achieve otherwise.
#EDH5309 W6P1: The major theme was digital leadership and the importance of engaging with stud3ents on these spaces to let them know that you are accessible and approachable.
