New in Claude Code: auto mode. Instead of approving every file write and bash command, or skipping permissions entirely, auto mode lets Claude make permission decisions on your behalf. Safeguards check each action before it runs.

Most developers today are vibe coding. What that means: • Prompt AI • Copy-paste generated code • Run it without understanding it • Fix bugs randomly until it works It feels productive. But it creates serious problems 1️⃣ Messy architecture Projects grow without structure. 2️⃣ Hard-to-debug code When something breaks, no one understands the logic. 3️⃣ Unmaintainable systems Small changes start breaking everything. 4️⃣ Fake productivity AI writes the code, but the system quality is poor. The real issue? Developers stop learning how systems actually work. There’s a better approach: Agentic Engineering Instead of letting AI drive the project, you guide it. A better workflow looks like this: 1) Define the system architecture Break the problem into smaller tasks 2) Use AI as an assistant, not the driver 3) Verify every piece of generated code 4) Iteratively improve the system AI should be a tool. Not the brain of your project. The developers who win in 2026 won’t just generate code. They’ll design systems and guide AI to build them.
