GIVE ME THE OPTION TO ADD EGGS TO ANY DISH Dosa → egg dosa Podi idli → top with sunny side up Sambar vada → add a poached egg Puliyodharai → fried egg on top (like SE Asian fried rice) Roti sabzi → just crack 2 eggs on the sabzi Poha → Top with eggs! This isn’t some bold new idea. Places like Erode Amman Mess do it beautifully. I order the “chinna vengayam omelette” with the meals!
