Most people don’t understand the “Move fast and break things” ethos. The point is not to break things. The point is that nothing is more impactful than how quickly an organization learns. And that learning requires making mistakes. So you will “break things” either way and what matters is how quickly you learn, which also means you fix things you break more quickly.

@Lionacefame @rowancheung 4 years of plumbing school and apprenticeship, 5 years working for a plumbing company proved with W2, and 1 more year as a foreman. Then you're allowed to do the 3 parts of the trade exam, business and isometrics. Yeah, I think it would take some years for that to happen. 😉
