A prayer I didn’t know I needed: let the right people find me. not the ones I have to chase, convince or perform for. The ones who are already aligned with where you are taking me. The friendships, the partnerships, the love that arrives not because I engineered it but because you ordered it. 🤲🏻🤲🏻

Another candle got added to my name today. Small thing… but back home they say a fire that warms a whole village was once just a spark someone refused to blow out. That's you… every DM, every "coach can we talk," every silent follow at 2am when things were falling apart, you kept the spark alive. The tallest tree never eats its own fruit. That's adulthood. You spend years growing... then one day you realize most of what you've built is feeding people you'll never fully know. If anything I've shared has helped you earn more, think better, survive a toxic workplace or simply breathe easier... then this birthday already came with the best gift. I'm just the man carrying the lamp so you can see your own road…so happy birthday to us. To everyone who's chosen to walk this road with me... thank you. And if you're waiting for me to become softer... You'll probably celebrate many more birthdays before that happens. 😂 And yes... I'm accepting cake. Wisdom alone doesn't fill the stomach. If you insist on bringing nyama choma, I won't argue with destiny. 😂

@asaph_alito @nbstv @AmbroseMuhumuz2 You aren't complaining when the Minister of local gov't is in mbale and Bulambuli, Should we say there is also an imbalance of attention given across regions regarding that too?

Everyone wants compound interest. Very few people want the time that compound interest requires. That's like planting a mango tree today and getting angry next month because it hasn't produced fruit. A Trust Fund isn't a "get-rich-quick" scheme. It's a get-disciplined-and-let-time-do-the-heavy-lifting plan. That's why I chose goal-based investing with @XenoUganda The best time to start was yesterday. The second-best time is today. I failed Commerce in my O-Level because I never understood the terms. But as I grew up, I started getting a simplified version of these money terms that finally made sense so I could respect them and work on them. Let me break them down for you like a P4 child 👇 💰 INVESTMENT: Money you send to go work for you. You’re telling it, “Go and come back with more.” 🐔 SAVINGS: That ka money you choose not to use today because you’ll need it tomorrow. Think of it like having chicken you don’t eat all of it. You keep some in the fridge for tomorrow. 📈 INTEREST: The extra money your money brings. Bwotereka omutwaalo, n’ofunamu gumu bbiri… ebiri ye interest. 💧 LIQUIDITY: Ekintu ky’osobola okugyamu ssente ku speed. Money in the bank is liquidity. Naye emmotoka si liquidity you can’t take it to pay fees at your child’s school. Bagala ssente enkalu. 📊 NET WORTH: Everything you own minus your debts. This is the number that shows how you’re actually doing. If your iPhone 17 bagibaanja (it’s on credit), it doesn’t count. Only what you fully own counts. 🛟 SAFETY FUND: Money you put aside for when life beats you job loss, urgent family situations. It’s not for saving or investing. It’s for peace of mind. 🌱 DIVERSIFICATION: Not putting all your money in one place. Wano webigaana, another place still has hope. Tell me , which term do you wish someone taught you at 18? Drop it below and tell me why

@cynthiechoco Overall I read this in a tone of someone saving, “ I want to become a parent when I can provide a stable loving environment.” Stable can be many things not just financial as many I’m sure would assume. I believe society should do more to make that possible for everyone.

Personally, I don’t have a child yet It just doesn’t make sense to me to bring a child into this world if I can’t give them a good start. I would love to have kids but only if I have a supportive partner and enough stability. Otherwise, it feels unfair to bring a child into constant struggle. Poor people do have kids, and they have the right to. But we also have to be honest about the environment. Poor leadership and bad systems create conditions that make raising children really hard. The emotional cost is high, kids from very unstable homes often grow up with broken foundations, and that contributes to broken families and broken societies later on. Of course circumstances can change, and some people rise from tough backgrounds to do great things. But the cost is still heavy. We keep seeing the results and wondering why society is like this. At the end of the day, we need to fix the leadership and systems that keep poverty so enduring, because just telling poor people not to have kids isn’t the full answer.

God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called. Moses stuttered, David sinned, Peter denied. Still, God used them. What’s stopping you?
