COACHES: If you want players to "trust the process", then make sure that you have a good process and, most importantly, you are somebody worth trusting!!

To be a great leader, you must truly care about the people you serve and the mission you fight for. If you’re just in it for yourself, you’ll never be willing to make tough sacrifices for the greater good.

PLAYERS: Train and prepare the way you want to play. Don't assume it will just happen on game day. Develop the habits you want. You play the way you train. Don't expect to just flip a switch and turn it on and off. How you do anything is how you do everything.
