To be fair to the bad tempered member of staff, she has single-handedly managed to get some semblance of a queuing system in place! People keep taking the barriers down again though....

@BristolAirport absolutely shocking situation in the security area this morning. Lots of people around me worried about missing flights. Seen 1 member of staff up here who was rude and bad tempered. No queuing system in place. Just one big gaggle of people.

So for a bit more context all, after saying they don't understand my complaint, and they dont know what I'm talking about, they've called me argumentative, said I'm throwing around accusations, refused to raise a complaint, and told me there's nothing more they can do for me.
