@pulte Credit scores and credit report are just a small fraction in house purchase. Focus on big number which u can influence and create a difference for home buyers. You both should not waste your 4 years to say u saved a homebuyer $5 or $10 dollars.

@WaterworldCapi1 Sending USS Boxer to Iran news will make his hammering useless. I dont think USA will able to pressurize Iran without troops on ground. Not sure what Trumps end goal. Calling allies coward now who will come to negotiate on behalf of USA to deescalate.

@returnoncap I ❤️ Garmin watches. Gives much better workout data then apple. Have been using them since last 12 years and never thought to move out of garmin watches. They dont have best design but can vouch for product performance and quality.

Nestled inside smart watch maker $GRMN is an aviation monopoly. Garmin makes the cockpits for smaller jets. Once a jet is certified with a Garmin dashboard, the manufacturer cannot swap it out. 75% Gross margins, shame about the watches.

@TSOH_Investing I love walmart app. Purchase history shows the item u brought with Pic even if you use any card. Alot of stores dont have that feature(costco,..). Helps me sometimes to see what I actually brought after few months instead of reading some desc from receipt.

If I were 30lbs overweight with a big belly & my goal was to become unrecognizable by summer 2026, here's everything I'd do: 1. Cut out alcohol as much as possible. It kills your sleep, recovery, fat loss, gut health, and more.

@WaterworldCapi1 My knife is cdw which i am buying more on every dip. I'm not sure exactly when the hardware update will be done by govt but I know it will happen sometimes before next presidential elections. It trades at low double digit FCF multiple will back up truck if it goes to $100.

15 things to do with your father while he is still alive. I lost mine 8 years ago. 1. Ask him what he was like at your age because once he was the same age you are right now & Watch his face light up as he tells you stories from when he was younger 2. Record his laugh when he tells one of his signature jokes. Someday you will replay the video over and over just to hear it again 3. Ask him about the proudest moment of his life. (Odds are he will say when you were born) 4. Ask him his favourite songs Listen to them together, laugh, sing and be happy. These will become your most cherished memories in years to come 5. Take a picture of him doing something he loves. Watching tv, gardening, playing the guitar, anything. When you look back these will be the pictures that will make you smile the most 6. Tell him you love him even if it's something you don't normally do. 7. Tell him you are proud to be his son/daughter This will mean more to him than you realise (even if he doesn't show it) 8. Listen to music from his youth and watch him turn from dad into a young man again 9. Take a short video of him talking about something random sacred Someday even the ordinary things he said become 10. Bring up something you are thankful for from years ago 11. Ask him what it was like for him growing up 12. Call him for no reason Don't take being able to do this for granted. Someday you would give anything to hear his voice again. 13. Take a picture of just the 2 of you together 14. Ask him to show you an old photo of him because seeing him young will remind you that he wasn't always Dad 15. Tell him something you are struggling with, no matter what age you are Because even when your grown it means the world to him to feel like he can still help Let him give you advice, even if you don't need it because one day you will give anything to hear his voice guiding you again

When & How to Take Your Vitamins 🔹 Vitamin D : Morning with breakfast (needs fat to absorb; combine with eggs, nuts, ghee, avocado). 🔹 Vitamin B12 : Empty stomach or with light breakfast (better absorption). 🔹 Vitamin C : Anytime, but morning is ideal (boosts immunity & iron absorption). 🔹 Iron : Empty stomach with water or vitamin C–rich food; avoid tea/coffee/milk within 2 hrs. 🔹 Calcium : After meals; avoid taking with iron. 🔹 Magnesium : Night with dinner (relaxes muscles, helps sleep). 🔹 Multivitamins : With main meal (best absorption when some fat is present). 🔸Split large doses (e.g., 1000 mg Vit C) to 2–3 smaller doses. 🔸Don’t mix iron & calcium, they block each other. 🔸Consistency matters more than timing for most vitamins. ✅ Food first. Supplements only when diet isn’t enough or deficiency exists.#HealthTips

@lhamtil Check if your street meets gas pressure requirements for tankless. Columbia gas told us they will replace our street gas pipes 3 years ago as they dont meet pressure requirement but still did not. We ended putting 50 gallon tank.

@TSOH_Investing Agree they had a very poor communication with investors but i still think Elliott has a plan, and he won't ruin the company he's been with his entire life.

@TSOH_Investing We were less promotional during 11.11, resulting in an approximate 35% decline versus the prior year,in line with our plans. We accelerated returns of aged inventory owned by partners and wrote off both partner and NKE inventory in the quarter. We reduced NKE inventory by mid-10..

Alex Morris (TSOH Investment Research)
Nike CFO Matt Friend, Q2 FY26 call: "In Greater China, Q2 revenue declined 16%.... EBIT declined 49% on a reported basis. Our priority in Greater China is to create greater brand distinction through sport and innovation, leveraging deep local insights in a premium and more consistently managed integrated marketplace across both physical and digital channels. Over the past several seasons, we have faced consistent challenges with declining store traffic, softer in-season sell-through rates, and higher levels of aged inventory across the marketplace. Our brands have consistently been off-price for consumers, especially in digital, affecting our premium positioning across the entire integrated marketplace... This cycle has had a significant effect on the profitability of Greater China."
