A hazing incident has been referenced in background to the tragic scene at UVA. When will we ever learn?

Just watched the local news talk about the UVA shooting and neither the reporters nor the head coach even mentioned the fact that the shooter might have been seeking revenge for a hazing by the football team that never got fully investigated bc the witnesses refused to cooperate

@lindasfree Aah. That's a real possibility. I've been think about the hazing report mentioned and if it was his motive to unalive the players. Sad and unfortunate all around.

@ashlelia but other than that they have not given any other resources for food, water, showers, etc for those stuck

uva student here, we are still under lock down and are scared, many students have been stuck in libraries or other buildings without food, water, medicine, etc. we have been in a constant loop of fear and anxiety for over 10 hours now. they still have not found the shooter. #uva

@UVA @presjimryan what are you all doing to take care of these kids right now? This is crazy. These kids need basic essentials if you’re going to keep them locked down for this long.
