I used to watch daily 8-9. This new format stinks. I’ve switched to YouTube and I miss the analysis. Please bring back the precourt and post court daily shows. I’m hoping you have some plans in the works to make the format better. CourtTv was my daily watch at home or as I was running errands but it’s been disappointing the last two weeks.

We just got viewership numbers for @CourtTV and I’m happy to say that since our acquisition, the numbers are up across the board! So thankful for the hard work from the Court TV and @LawCrimeNetwork teams for what has (so far) been a really harmonious merger.

@MiriamBarkus1 @EliAfriatISR There is no sugar coating this. And it's important the kids have some concept of why you have to go to the shelter quickly. That said music and headphones or just a rambunctious 6 yo is enough to keep them from hearing most of the booms once you're in the shelter.

@LawyerYouKnow That said if Eric thought kouri was trying to poison him I doubt he would take ill-gotten pills from her, and the fact that he had sooo much points to involuntary ingestion. All of which lead to guilty.

@LawyerYouKnow I think I could believe as a possibility that Eric was willingly taking what he thought was hydrocodone for pain. But I would think kouri knowing the 3rd batch was fent would have been something she kept to herself.

Ultimate question in Kouri Richins' case for the jurors - does the state have to prove HOW Kouri forced/tricked Eric into ingesting a lethal dose of fentanyl? Or - if you believe Carmen/Robbie - is Kouri asking for, and possessing, fentanyl right before Eric dies of a fentanyl overdose enough?

@LaKayKayElle @W8ng2xhel @LawyerYouKnow I mean we assume she called 911 right when she found him. It's possible she dumped the leftover pills down the toilet when she knew he was dead, then called 911.

Yeah, I actually had to look up how much fentanyl it would take to k*ill someone. The actual size of it; a visual. That really helped me understand that it wouldn’t even take a whole pill if it’s the size I see in my head of street pills. Like the size of an advil is what I’m imagining. And in reality, the amount of fentanyl it would take is very very small. So the pill had to be very small I think, so I’d like for the state to give a visual aid in court to show just how easy it may have been to hide that in his drink or sandwich. But, it seems quite easy to OD because it does only take a very small amount, so why would she get rid of all the rest and not keep them until she knew he died? It’s weird to me.
