@premierinn so the good nights sleep guarantee or full refund apparently doesn’t apply to hotels that have no aircon and the room temp hits 28 degrees!!! Although they confirm in hotels with aircon the suggested temp is 19!! Terrible nights sleep with a 9 hour drive today!

@clarksshoes Went into your Perth branch yesterday, staff completely ignored me despite me standing with a shoe in my hand, they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. I walked about, went back to the shoe I liked and still wasn't acknowledged. No wonder the shop is dead!

@HMRCcustomers We submit a VAT126 claim form and get paid however this time we got cash from HMRC with no VAT claim form being submitted so I think it was VAT
