@TVMohandasPai @TheJaggi Lawyer and public health professional here, Sir, and respectfully, what you are saying is incorrect. This is not a lack of judicial restraint. It is literally the job of the SC to safeguard fundamental rights. It's not intrusion, it is called checks and balances.
