Suspending ex police commissioner Kolkata and 2 other senior IPS officers is nothing but playing to the gallery by @SuvenduWB CM WB. Your hate against @MamtaBanarji5 should not be directed against the officers. In the famous unfortunate RG Kar case, the police caught the culprit the same day. A whole lot of political angst was expressed against Mamta for political reasons - thats ok, any Indian pol party would do that. But raising issues that there was conspiracy and so many people were involved - was proven false by the CBI which confirmed local police investigations. The man has been convicted by the local court. Now this is just hubris - suspension of officers on account bribing the victims mother - for what and the proof is a statement. I know the @IPS_Association is spineless and the Chief Secy and DGP will never have the guts to advise the CM even otherwise. But this kind of thoughtless action is hurtful to democracy. Prove yourself giving good governance not with such antics
