As an Iranian inside Iran, I will explain the oil situation: Look at this. Iranian oil literally overflowing, gushing into the ground like a broken sewer — because the Islamic Republic can’t sell a single barrel. The US naval blockade has them completely strangled. No buyers. No tankers. No escape. This is not “resistance economy.” This is total collapse, caught on camera, happening in real time. A regime that once bragged about flooding the world with cheap oil is now watching its black gold poison its own soil, rivers, and farmland. The environment is being obliterated — wildlife dying, water tables ruined, entire regions turned into toxic wastelands — and the IRGC doesn’t lose a minute of sleep over it. They don’t care about the Iranian people they’ve starved, tortured, and executed for decades. Why would anyone believe these butchers suddenly care about nature, animals, or future generations? The same regime that rapes protesters in Evin Prison and guns down children in the streets is now casually destroying the land itself while they pretend everything is fine on state TV. This video is proof of their weakness, not their strength. They are isolated, broke, and desperate. Their so-called “axis of resistance” has left them bleeding out economically while the Persian Gulf stays locked down tighter than ever. The mafia in turbans knows the game is over. They can’t feed their own people, they can’t sell their only real asset, and now even the earth itself is paying the price for their criminal rule. Iranians inside and outside the country — this is our moment. The regime is rotting from within. Keep the pressure on. The Lion and Sun is rising again, and nothing can stop it. President Trump and the free world: keep the blockade ironclad. Starve the beast. The Iranian people will finish the job. History is not just watching — it’s accelerating. #IranRevolution2026 #KingRezaPahlavi‌ForIran #FinishTheJob

I am writing from occupied Iran. Here, most people earn between 80 and 120 dollars a month. Red meat costs around 12 dollars per kilo. And a basic VPN configuration starts at about 1.5 dollars per gigabyte. Read that again. A family is expected to survive on 80 to 120 dollars a month, while meat costs like a luxury and access to the internet is sold like contraband oxygen. This is what the terrorist Islamic Regime occupying Iran has built: a country where food is becoming unreachable, truth is being priced out of reach, and survival itself is turned into a daily calculation of humiliation. They cut the internet, then make people pay insane prices for a crack in the wall. They crush wages, then pretend poverty is normal. They bury a nation under blackouts, inflation, checkpoints, gallows, and lies, then ask why the people want the end. Because no human being should have to choose between bread and a signal. Because no nation this rich should live this poor. Because Iran is not broke. Iran is occupied by the terrorist Islamic regime.

This is for all the parents out there - video toggle on your own and your kids accounts! We’ve heard from many of you that Spotify is one of the few apps and places that you feel good about your kids spending time on, in fact, when we survey our users, they say that the time they spend on Spotify is some of the ”lowest regret time on the Internet”. We are of course very proud and happy about this and want to keep it that way. But a common request we’ve heard from both parents and users is that - as more and more music and podcasts today have video - they would like a way to turn that off - for themselves - or for their kids, and just have an audio mode. I’ve spoken recently about how Spotify wants to give back control to users over what and how they consume media, being able to affect their own algorithm and experience. So as part of that control we are now rolling out the ability to turn off video, for yourself and/or for your kids if you want to. This has already been possible for under 13 accounts, but it is now possible for any family plan master account, as well as for any individual user (free or paid).

NetBlocks@netblocks

🗓️ Exactly two months ago on 28 February, #Iran was thrown into digital darkness as authorities cut off access to the global internet. Metrics show the blackout is now entering its 60th day after 1416 hours despite regime efforts to introduce tiered access for privileged groups.

🚨PRINCE REZA PAHLAVI JUST WENT FULL NUCLEAR ON THE ENTIRE EU PRESS & PARLIAMENT! 🔥🧨 I want to speak DIRECTLY to the people of Europe. In the past two weeks I held TWO MAJOR press conferences — one in Stockholm, one in Berlin. Over 150 JOURNALISTS showed up. We spent MORE THAN TWO HOURS with them… And guess what? NOT ONE SINGLE of those 150 journalists asked about the 40,000 IRANIANS SLAUGHTERED on the streets of my country on January 8th and 9th! NOT ONE asked about the 19 political prisoners EXECUTED in the last two weeks. When I told them 20 more are currently sentenced to death — CRICKETS. Not a damn question. I stood right next to a grieving mother and father who lost their sons in that massacre and begged them to listen to their stories… NOT A SINGLE ONE of those 150 journalists asked them a thing. Let that sink in. My 40,000 BRAVE INNOCENT COMPATRIOTS who were butchered fighting for liberty? They don’t give a damn. They are too busy criticizing America and Israel for taking out the dictator who’s been slaughtering our people for 47 YEARS — instead of going after the regime that’s actually doing the killing! They’d rather dig up Iran’s history than talk about what’s happening RIGHT NOW or the free democratic Iran we’re fighting for. One EU parliament member even had the nerve to say Iranians aren’t ready for democracy. To that coward and to every fake journalist in the room I say this: Iranians aren’t just “ready” for democracy… 40,000 of them just DIED for it! And I will NOT let their blood be in vain. SO HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR: Whether Europe stands with us or not… Whether your journalists do their damn jobs or not… Whether your politicians grow a spine or not… I WILL FIGHT FOR MY PEOPLE AND MY COUNTRY. Even if we have to do this ALONE — we are fighting until IRAN IS FREE! 🇮🇷💪 #RezaPahlavi‌ForIran @PahlaviReza

NEW: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is conducting a campaign to recruit children as young as 12 to volunteer to become “homeland defending combatants.” The military recruitment and use of children is a grave violation of children’s rights and a war crime when the children are under 15.

Data analytics confirm huge bias in favor of pro-Islamic regime of Iran by BBC, CNN, NBC and NY Times. These media orgs used "war crime" 32 times in news reports in the first 3 weeks of the U.S./Israel-Iran war. ZERO references solely to crimes by Islamic regime, and 88% media uses referred solely to U.S. or Israel. Islamic regime uses cluster bombs against Israeli civilians, shoots missiles and suicide drones at civilian targets in numerous Arab countries not involved in war, fires missiles at holy sites in Old Jerusalem, etc., etc. ZERO identification of these war crimes as standalone crimes by major Western media organizations. This is shameful.
CAMERA@CAMERA4Truth

A new CAMERA analysis found @bbc, @cnn, @nbc and @nytimes used the phrase "war crime" 32 times in the first three weeks of the U.S./Israel-Iran war. 88% of those applications were directed solely toward the actions of the United States and/or Israel. Zero were directed solely toward the actions of the Islamic Republic of Iran. "The disproportionate application of the phrase stands in contrast with reality," writes @dmlitman. "Of the over 400 ballistic missiles fired at Israel, it is estimated that half of them were cluster munitions which drop dozens of submunitions over a wide radius of five miles. As of Mar. 22, at least two dozen of these missiles have hit populated areas, 'with over 100 separate impact sites.' While cluster munitions are not universally banned, using them to target populated areas almost certainly constitutes a war crime."

Everyone is covering Terafab as a chip factory. It is not a chip factory. Last night in Austin, Elon unveiled a facility that makes masks, fabricates chips, and tests them inside a single building with a nine-month recursive improvement cadence. No such loop exists anywhere else on Earth. Then he told you 80% of the output goes to space. Then he showed you a 100-kilowatt AI satellite with solar panels and radiators, scaling to megawatt range. Then he said Optimus plus photovoltaics will be the first von Neumann probe, a machine capable of replicating itself from raw materials found in space. Nobody connected the sequence. Terafab produces 1 terawatt per year of compute. The entire United States consumes 0.5 terawatts of electricity. Musk is building a single factory whose output in AI silicon exceeds twice the power consumption of the country it sits in. And he is sending 80% of it off-planet because Earth literally cannot power what he is building. Follow the mechanism. Terafab seeds the chips. Starship launches Optimus robots and solar arrays at 100 million tons per year. The robots mine lunar and asteroid regolith for silicon, iron, and nickel. They 3D-print more robots. They fabricate more solar panels. They assemble more AI satellites. Each satellite runs hotter-burning D3 chips designed specifically for vacuum, where free radiative cooling eliminates the thermal constraints that strangle every terrestrial data center on the planet. The nodes replicate. The replication is exponential. This is a Dyson Swarm bootstrap hidden inside a semiconductor announcement. The math is public. The Sun outputs 3.828 times 10 to the 26th watts. A 2022 paper in Physica Scripta calculated that 5.5 billion satellites at 290 kilograms each, robotically manufactured from Mars resources, capture enough solar energy to meet all of Earth’s power needs within 50 years. A 2025 paper in Solar Energy Materials calculated a partial swarm capturing 4% of solar output yields 15.6 yottawatts, roughly a billion times current human civilization’s total energy budget. Musk just announced the factory that builds the chips that go inside the satellites that replicate themselves forever. 92% of advanced logic chips are fabricated in Taiwan. One factory in Austin does not fix that. But one self-replicating system seeded by that factory, launched by the only company with reusable heavy-lift rockets, assembled by the only humanoid robot in mass production, and powered by the only star within reach, does not fix a supply chain. It obsoletes the concept of supply chains entirely. The market priced this as a $20 billion capex story about semiconductor independence. The actual announcement was the engineering blueprint for Kardashev Type II. Humanity sits at 0.73 on the Kardashev scale. 18 terawatts. The distance between here and harnessing a star is not a technology gap. It is a recursion gap. And recursion is exactly what a single building in Austin that makes its own masks, builds its own chips, tests its own chips, and launches the output into orbit on its own rockets was designed to close. Every civilization that makes it past this point never looks back.

We have proof that HEAT STRESS can reverse the brain's natural decline after 30. A 20-year Finnish study found that one 20-minute habit activates BDNF, the "neurogenesis protein" that grows new brain cells, strengthens memory, and cut dementia risk by 66%. Here's the breakdown:
