I tried raising a ticket for the same issue but even after all the assurances, the same thing happened today as well. Medicines are not like quick commerce there are some crucial medicines which my mother needs and transparency would be appreciated if you cannot deliver the order
@Apollo24x7 really dissapointed with the delivery experience. My order was accepted and then modified after payment near delivery date without any intimation and now from the past three days the delivery agent is marking unsuccessful delivery with even attempting to deliver.
I tried highlighting my concerns to your priority Airtel Black customer service but I am not getting any solutions just mechanical scripted responses. If this is your priority service then I pity those who don't have the benefit of this priority .

@ZurichKotak I am trying to renew my motor insurance policy but cannot do so due to this error on payments page. I have tried reaching out to you cust service teams multiple times but just got an assurance of a call back and no call back yet, it has been 10-15 days.
I will renew my policy if it gets resolved within the next 2 hours, otherwise leaving it here for anybody who is considering choosing you for their insurance needs.
My policy is going to expire today, do you want to retain your existing customers or are you willing to let them go because of gross incompetency of your staff where nobody bothered reaching out to a customer for renewal. My complaint ticket ID is 15091295.
@AmazonHelp Ofcourse, I did that yesterday too. No harm in trying to get support and so far I have received none from this conversation! It is Amazon's responsibility or not to fulfill its commitment ? Can you escalate it to the resp. teams so that I don't face the same issue again today ?

@AmazonHelp Who is accountable for this statement " Guaranteed delivery ". Not the first time it is happening with me and I have escalated the same issue in the past, you can check the records. Today also I get this assurance from Amazon and the same thing might happen with this order too.
@AmazonHelp Technically I did not cancel so I am entitled to get that discount and please get the IMEI number removed from your system so that I can place the order.
The only person affected by this whole scenario is the customer, neither Amazon nor the delivery partner, thanks 4 ur response
