United Airlines is the worst airline for bags. With a basic ticket, Southwest lets you check two bags free, a carry on AND a personal item. American gives you one carry and one personal. United, one small personal. #fail #cheap

@AlexLeavenworth Southwest. We had to drive 25 hours from TX to CA because they had no flights til 12/30.

@JordanElderTV They said we’d get a refund and $200 voucher but have not seen anything yet in the account. Renting a car now and driving the 25 hours straight to San Jose.

@ask4adam That’s horrible. Were you able to get a refund or reschedule? A lot of people we talked to early this morning were struggling to find other flights.

UPDATE: 31 flights scheduled to come through San Antonio have been cancelled—most of which are Southwest Airlines. 47 flights have been delayed.
