I second this. @Barclays to @Citi is killing me. I can’t log on. Can’t pay my bill therefore can’t buy medical supplies and I’m going to get a late fee. I may not fly @AmericanAir next month because of this.

@AskCiti What can you possibly do? You're telling us wait 4-6 weeks and if we are out of town when the credit cards come it's + the time you aren't receiving mail. Which means payments can't be made, interest accrued and likely violations of CFPB rules. You guys screwed this one up.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir tried that. No help. The @Citi app is not letting me log on with old Barclays credit card info. And @Citi has decided not to send cards out until next month. 🤡

@Citi just found out that they never sent me my cash back for 2024 and when I spoke with them they refuse to issue another one, this is the worst credit card company in the world no wonder they work with trump regime

Disappointed in @Citi for losing a payment I made to my @Barclays credit card during the transition. Pain to try and track down what happened. They were very quick to transfer charges to my new card but seems crediting payments didn't happen.

Very fraudulent bank, blocked access to my account and telling me it will take 7-10 days to get a letter in the mail to see how to verify me @Citibank worse bank ever, and rent is due today, horrible customer service.

@Citibank so last Saturday in April 25, my wife used one of your ATMs outside your bank in North Hills,CA. She attempted to withdraw $500 cash. The ATM got stuck. The cash never dispensed. Yet, Citibank still deducted $500 of her bank account. Continued...

Beware!! If you schedule your online credit card payments with @Citi make sure to check it’s going through before the due date. I schedule my payments on the due date and the last three months I was charged late fees and interest from the payment not going through on time.

@AmericanAir @Citibank what kind of service are you two running? Advertises to get a credit card to pay for a flight while checking out but after you applied for the card you are told to wait 7-10 business days for the card, yet your flight can hold for 24hr only. What the heck?

@Citibank is officially the worst company I have ever dealt with. got a credit card but they won't let me use it because they can't "validate" my phone number for whatever reason. now I'm screwed because they won't let me cancel the card either so I have no credit line. horrible.

help set up a new AAdvantage® account that will be linked to a new email address instead of the current one on file. Merge your new account with the account connected to your compromised email address. You'll get full access to your new account. Once the investigation is complete
