Comenity Bank #Dell payment lost my check. Not first time. And posted a late payment fee. I got tired of this. Called my bank, cancelled check. Called Comenity, paid off and closed account. Comenity found my check. And posted return check fee on my closed account. @askcomenity

@askcomenity are you aware of how predatory Alphaeon is? You keep trying to steal money from me!! It’s funny actually, first you give me NO information whatsoever about how to make payments, then you hire people who speak absolutely no English, and then you charge me late fees!!

getting spammed w/verification code texts from a bank im not with. i called customer service and said "look, im not a customer. can you pls just block these texts?" They still asked for my personal info/SSN multiple times for "verification" @askcomenity make it make sense

@askcomenity you don't help anybody you people call everybody liars your IVRF system doesn't work. I was called a liar by a representative. I know I called in my payment last month and your system messed up and I got a late fee.

@askcomenity But these lazy bloodsuckers - after sitting on the check and worrying me that it had not arrived - STILL tried to cash it AFTER I paid the bill online. So now they charge me a fee for a cancelled check. Big bankers gotta pay for those beach houses.

@askcomenity These clowns are charging me a $25 fee. Why? Because I mailed a check on January 21 that still hadn't cleared by Febuary 8, just before my due date. Not wanting it to be late and pay interest, I cancelled the check and paid online.

@askcomenity got the Caesars Prestige card and unable to use it. Called customer service to request my PIN, no letter shows up so I call again and was advised I have to mail in copies of my account number and utility bill. Is there no way to resolve this online or via phone?!

@askcomenity *hence, whatever point is i'm mad as hell these vultures tried to ask for my SSN "to verify the lack of an account" just block the texts. thats it. i get like 12 a week. i dunno who thinks my number is theirs or why its tied to their account but it should be my problem
