@saks customer service fail. Never use a @saks credit card, they use @ComenityCS. Stolen package and they didn't insure it, @ComenityCS won't credit me. Use Visa or American Express.

@askcomenity End of March, I sent an official letter to Comenity by snail mail. It was delivered in 2 days. Result: "As a one-time courtesy, we removed the fee from your account". Account adjustment posting date - March 14. Don't @askcomenity

Comenity Bank #Dell payment lost my check. Not first time. And posted a late payment fee. I got tired of this. Called my bank, cancelled check. Called Comenity, paid off and closed account. Comenity found my check. And posted return check fee on my closed account. @askcomenity
