@BuddyNoLove I thought this too, until we moved to SalesForce. 10x worse, I don’t know how they do it.

We are a @salesforce customer of 22 years. WE took a system (@Pardot) last year at a cost of £25k, some would say it was very uneithically sold to us by your team, as we did not have the processes in our SF instance to use it – and we never have used it.

@Vishaldutta Yes, that’s correct. You’ll need to complete the Spring ’26 maintenance module once it’s released. We recommend keeping an eye on Trailhead for its availability so you have enough time to complete it. ^PK

@asksalesforce Ok thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, I will need to complete my Spring ‘26 maintenance module before the 17th April

@asksalesforce I got the Action Required: Protect your Salesforce Credentials email and see the April 17, 2026 deadline. I completed the Platform Administrator Certification Maintenance (Spring '25) trailhead in May 2025. Do I wait for the Spring ‘26 trailhead which isn’t out yet

@salesforce @Pardot Our @salesforce Account Manager is in agreement and had sorted this internally. Now we have had our access removed, and we are unable to work. Losing thousands per day. What a way to treat your customers! Can someone please contact us to sort this out?

😭😭😭 Spent 8 whole hours trying to get goddamn Agentforce to work only to discover the feature exists but is "not supported yet"

@ROBotnik__ @salesforce Hi, to earn Agentblazer Legend, you’ll need to complete the required Trailhead content and pass the Agentforce Specialist certification exam. At this time, the certification is a required step for the Legend level, so there isn’t an alternate path to complete it without the exam.
