@function / @drmarkhyman it looks like your AI chatbot seems to be dropping the pass to a real human being. There is no other support link on your website of who to contact for payment, I’m stuck in an infinite void talking to myself (the AI ignores me too after a failed pass), in which I’m trying to give yall money. The payment page doesn’t load anywhere on the account after updating my billing, it tries to, then just stops and I’m redirected to the AI. Social media sounds like a great next step to try to pay. I know a certain AI chatbot (cough @agentforce) yall could implement on your website. Since I can’t get to your payment page, is this where I offer my services to fix your chat routing in lieu of payment? 😆 #SomewhatKidding #JustWantToPayMySubscription
