Completed the first complimentary ride today from airport to home with this new T1 benefit. Innova Crysta Clean Car Great driver and behaviour They had arrived 30 mins before my booking time. Highly recommend getting HSBC T1 for this benefit.

Initially told the installation is free of cost. I waited for 2 days. Later was told, you have to pay money. I could have used urban clap to save the time. Like I said, it takes easy steps to start a company, but it takes hell lot to provide service. Good luck for future. Must say, its my last Atomberg.

No e-commerce site, food delivery app, or grocery app will ever show you a monthly spending dashboard. Not because it’s hard to build. But because the moment you see: • Orders this month: 22 • Total spent: ₹9,840 you start becoming conscious about your spending. Right now, spending is fragmented: ₹299 here, ₹449 there, ₹199 again. Individually small. Aggregated → surprisingly big. A simple “Monthly Spend Summary” would actually help customers manage money better. But platforms optimize for more orders, not more awareness. So the feature that would benefit customers the most… …is the one that will probably never be implemented.

Everyday I come across people with 3L to 5L expenses yearly on flight and hotel bookings but still not using any travel-based credit cards. 2 reasons for the same - 1. Lack of knowledge about travel cards which can give great value on such spends 2. Reluctance to take paid credit cards. Paying the CC fees is thought to be a waste of money, not realising the value they will be able to generate by using these cards. Months later - Thank You’s start coming.
