Really disappointed with the handling of this issue by @airindia. My Maharaja Account has been suspended without any prior intimation, warning, or explanation. I only discovered it when I suddenly could not log in or access any account features. Since then, I have contacted customer care multiple times, raised the required support case, and even shared my government ID long back as requested by the support team. Despite completing everything from my side, there has still been no meaningful update or resolution. What makes this more problematic is that customer support itself was unable to explain the reason behind the suspension or provide any proper timeline for resolution. Customers are simply being asked to “wait”. Because of this , I am currently unable to: Access or manage my upcoming bookings Check flight schedules properly Use Maharaja account benefits/services Make fresh reservations through the account. Expected much better communication and support from a premium airline. Requesting @airindia to kindly review the matter urgently, restore/reopen the Maharaja account access at the earliest, and provide proper assistance instead of leaving customers without updates.
