What seems to emerge is a deeper relationship between $VELO and #BSC. And the relationship already goes deep as i've shown you in the past.
DeepSeek searches i posted yesterday (and deleted) did reveal deep connections between #VELO and the optimism ecosystem and the implementation of Uniswap Liquidity pools within the VELO ecosystem.
Does this mean opBNB is developed by #VELO and they call it the "VELO Chain"?

Very interesting. I posted yesterday about deep connections between #VELO and Optimism/Uniswap but then I deleted post because i don't want to rely too much on AI for my research. Will repost if i have time to go through the findings and manually try to verify information. But this number 21 is definitely interesting find ... 21 pools?! 21 is also the number of active validators on BSC at any given time. $velo #velo

From an operational standpoint the price simply needs to be higher. The objective is liquidity bridging….. so you obviously need to be liquid to do that efficiently at scale.
From a speculative standpoint, although very logical, those involved with $Velo need it to be higher and need it higher “overnight.”
This will:
-Price out retail and “outsiders” which concentrates the majority of the supply with team//partners/DRS and thus reduces and/or eliminates the risk of de-pegging from retail sell offs. This keeps the protocol aligned with team/backers vision.
-Bootstrap liquidity for real utility and adoption = enhanced collateral efficiency which requires less tokens to mint more credits = more efficient scaling = faster broader adoption.
-The team and partners holdings increase in value, providing substantial gains, allowing them to mint more credits more efficiently and provides them funds for protocol development/expansion.
-Post pump hype will undoubtedly create fomo and global attention. This will draw retail to what little supply is left available creating a large demand that should further pushes the price. This broad demand should exceed the limited sell pressure from current retail holders who will most likely take profits in the event of an overnight price-up event.
The drs is built to defend itself and its biggest period of vulnerability will be in the initial stage of launch- a rapid and coordinated increase in price removes much of this vulnerability.
So speculative? sure… but logical? yes.

Having been watching the high $VELO test volume in various Liquidity Pools as of late, it strengthens my belief that it's going to be a flick the switch moment and a price reset to a much higher level. Liquidity pools are used to bridge value and they work efficiently with deep liquidity and stable values. So once the switch is flicked #VELO will have to maintain a relatively stable value with multiple resets higher as the scope of these pools begin to extend in size and reach. The price stability will be maintained by the DRS which provides an automated self balancing mechanism that will buy or sell VELO to maintain an orderly ecosystem. Critical for the success is to have as much of the VELO supply locked out of circulation, either in reserves or LPs. The reserves can be tapped for pools expansion in size or to bridge other stablecoins or environments. Price resets higher will have to be controlled events, coordinated with various partners. One thing is now clear. #VELO is being plumbed to be the bridge currency connecting various ecosystems.

Another interesting observation. During the high volume testing of $VELO on PancakeSwap and Uniswap liquidity pools (in progress right now), the price of #VELO seems to be maintained at a relatively stable value.
Which makes me think @yamayasee was right again. $VELO will be a stablecoin, it's just going to be "reset" to a much higher value when production switch is flicked on.
