Yes, Intermittent fasting and cutting carbs improve insulin sensitivity, these things you do in a "cut". Which is exactly what you want. Insulin is the elephant in the room when it comes to hormones. For building muscle, lower is better. High insulin means more estrogen and less testosterone and growth hormone. Me, personally, I'm not a fan of bulking for this exact reason. So much evidence today suggest bulking doesn't speed up the process at all. You are just better off eating healthy and reducing carbs. I know that's going to confuse you. AS LONG AS YOU GET 2g of Protein Per KG of body weight. You will gain muscle. Carbohydrates only roll is to refuel the muscles with glycogen. But this roll can be replaced with by fats, (ketones). Ketones are healthy for the body, Burn cleaner, longer and more efficiently. Think about it. How long has human kind had access to Fats and Proteins for? Thousands of years. Carbohydrates? Only since agriculture began and that was roughly two thousand years ago the first hint of it. A cool fact for you. If you where to cram our existence into 2 hours. We have been eating protein and fats for 1:58Min, Carbohydrates for 1min 59sec 50milisec, Processed foods for 0.50sec.

Each muscle group needs at least 48hrs to 72hrs Recovery. Before going again. Only muscle group is Abs. You can train them almost everyday once you build up enough. Chest/Legs. Back/Triceps. Biceps/Shoulders. A lot of people do Chest than Triceps. This isnt as effective, because you have just done a lot of pushing motions already for the Chest exercises. So when you get to the Triceps exercises they are already fatigued. And you cant get the most of out of them. And vice versa. So always do completely opposite muscle groups in respect to the exercises.

Let me put the valuation math on the table one final time. VELO has 17.56 billion tokens in circulation. At current prices the market cap is a fraction of the infrastructure value this protocol controls. A 1% capture of ASEAN remittance flows alone, 150 billion dollars annually, would require 1.5 billion dollars in active liquidity flowing through the network. With $VELO as the coordination and collateral asset underpinning that flow, the implied token demand at scale is orders of magnitude above where the market currently prices it. This is not a price call. It is a structural observation. The market has not yet priced the infrastructure.
