It's difficult being Ruto right now... Expensive Loans borrowed many years ago are maturing in quick succession, and they must be repaid... CBAs for lecturers that were negotiated and abandoned by the previous regimes are being pushed to be implemented by his government... Nurses want salary increments. Doctors want their CBA implemented fully by his government. Teachers want their CBA implemented fully by this government. Kenyans want roads , water, a working healthcare system, and a working education system. Honestly speaking, how would you raise all that money to meet all those enormous demands yet Kenyans don't want the government to raise revenue locally?
