To be fair, they provided a reason for your disengagement. Consider for a minute that you may be good at what you do but not necessarily good enough for them. You got in with them means you are worth a shot, you can still get in with another coy that'll appreciate your skill level. Wishing you greater luck moving forward.

And it is clearly a breach of contract because not only was I not given any prior notice before the termination, but the termination also states that I'd only be paid according to the days worked, which is a violation of the contract I signed.
