51 year old female with SAH. Did stent assisted coiling on 12th day post bleed. Aneurysm had a bizarre morphology with daughter sac on the dome showing slow flow. By coiling the aneurysm could achieve obliteration of both the aneurysm and daughter sac. #aneurysm

@matiascostamd Actually neither... the neck was leading through a narrow passage to the dome... couldn't get any coil loop into the distal part of the Aneurysm. After placement of leo itself probably due to flow diversion the distal part didn't fill.... One coil at the neck showed no filling

@MoAnadani Started on Aspirin 150 and Ticagrelor 180 on stat three hours before procedure... Kept Tirofiban infusion as backup... Didn't find any thrombus in check angiography after 30 minutes post coiling
