@Athleta delivery person refused to deliver a parcel. He refused to give it to concierge and put it back into his car. He said that concierge (me) refused to accept it. I asked hik numerous times to give it to me.

@Athleta When I asked how to return the coat, I was told to use the QR code and I would get a refund when I dropped it off at a UPS store. I chose this way because of I was told to use the QR code and did not have to return it to a store, since I bought it online. 15 days is poor service

Ordered something I could pickup at my local store (no idea why I ordered it online) and it will take 2 weeks to get to me so I can’t wear it for what I needed and I can’t cancel the order since it already shipped and I used my Athleta points for it. So now I’ll pay full price for a pair that I can pick up in the store. 😑 *when I purchased them online on Saturday it said 7-9 days which would be the 10th not the 14th

Always nice when you go to make a @Gap purchase and you review your purchase and Apple Pay shows you it’s $50. But the. Apple Pay alerts you $144 charge because it randomly added an @Athleta purchase after you agreed to the $50 purchase. Meanwhile, gaps website customer service says there’s nothing they can do. 😡
