@PoshmarkSupport I tried to open a claim for these clearly dyed pants yesterday morning and was told I was out of the window. How is this possible when Posh says the package was delivered Dec 11. What's more package was scanned before delivery.

And lastly because I'm feeling petty. Here's a sampling of the treatment you get from sellers via Posh. Lady, you're the one who sent me a stained pilled top and called it worn once.

Anyways that is my buyer beware rant. I am a seller myself and have sold thousands and thousands through Posh. But I am done! On any other platform if you sell someone junk they rightly can return it. I shop all time on EBay and Depop and don't have this issue!

Hate to drag a brand but I am done with @Poshmarkapp. They're the only platform that protects sellers over buyers which means they have attracted some really awful sellers. I have had three items be dyed, stained, misrepresented and even a counterfeit in the last two months.

Here are the "Chloe" baller flats described as in good condition. Not only are they fake, stained, warped and discolored, they also were STICKY. When I fought it the seller insisted that I just didn't understand what patent leather is.
