सरकार से सवाल पूछने वाले जज का रोस्टर क्यों बदला ?? जानिए श्री अतुल श्रीधरन जो इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के जज है जिन्होंने संभल में मस्जिद विवाद पर सख्त टिप्पणी की थी और SSP और DM पर कानून ना संभाल पाने पर ट्रांसफर लेने की हिदायत दी थी और धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता के संवैधानिक हक अधिकार के लिए यूपी सरकार से ही सवाल जवाब किए थे। अब ऐसे जज का रोस्टर ही बदल दिया है अब समझे रोस्टर क्या होता है। रोस्टर एक ऐसी लिस्ट या सिस्टम होता है जिसमें यह तय होता है कि कौन व्यक्ति कब काम करेगा कौन किस काम या केस को देखेगा मतलब साफ है अब श्री अतुल श्रीधरन धार्मिक फ़ैसले नहीं दे पायेंगे क्योंकि ये सरकार के मुताबिक काम नहीं कर रहे थे। ऐसे निष्पक्ष जज का रोस्टर बदला जाना क्या सही है या गलत अपनी राय जरूर दे 👇 #MorningVibe

एक चौंकाने वाली खबर आ रही है। अमेरिका और ईरान शांति प्रस्ताव के लिए इसी सप्ताह पाकिस्तान में उच्चस्तरीय बैठक कर सकते हैं, इजरायल भी इस पर सहमत है। अमेरिका द्वारा ईरान के साथ पाकिस्तान में ऐसी किसी बैठक को अंजाम देना कूटनीतिक तौर पर हमारे लिए चैलेंजिंग होगा। सभी दलों को इसका विरोध करना चाहिए। पाकिस्तान हमारा दुश्मन मुल्क है। वह खुद आतंकियों को प्रश्रय दे रहा है और अफगानिस्तान पर हमले कर रहा है। अमेरिका हमारा मित्र मुल्क है उसे ऐसी कोशिशें नहीं करनी चाहिए। धोखा देने से अमेरिका को बाज आना चाहिए अब तो हम ट्रेड डील भी कर लिए हैं। पूछ कर तेल भी खरीदते हैं।

बीते दशक में भारत ने संकट के ऐसे ही समय के लिए कच्चे तेल के भंडारण को भी प्राथमिकता दी है। आज भारत के पास 53 लाख मीट्रिक टन से अधिक का स्ट्रेटेजिक पेट्रोलियम रिज़र्व है और 65 लाख मीट्रिक टन से अधिक के रिज़र्व की व्यवस्था पर देश काम कर रहा है। बीते 11 वर्षों में हमारी रिफाइनरी कैपेसिटी में भी उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है।

Uptil now, halal meat was being eaten by all. Method of slaughter of an animal for human consumption is prescribed in Islam and then it is called halal and is fit and permissible for eating for Muslims. There appears to be no clarity about method of animal slaughter in other religious scriptures. Therefore, some separate method other than halal, like jhatka method appears to have been assumed as method of slaughter. For others meat from jhatka or halal makes no criteria for any religious restriction. Jhatka meat appears only to be a method of assertion of one’s separate identity. For a genuine businessmen, it should be a business only, any other line of thinking may lead to loss of business only.

After Eid, a Muslim family went to a non-vegetarian restaurant with relatives and sat down to eat. However, the shopkeeper informed them that only jhatka meat was served there, not halal. As halal meat is required according to their religious beliefs, the family could not proceed with the meal. The shopkeeper chose to be transparent and bear the loss rather than mislead customers.

पैसा कमाना गुजराती “उद्यमियों” से सीखो। पिछले 10 वर्षों में उनके द्वारा इजाद किये गए नायाब उद्यम। 1.Fake (नकली) टोल प्लाजा (मोरबी, दिसंबर 2023) मोरबी जिले में बामनबोर-कच्छ नेशनल हाईवे पर प्राइवेट जमीन (व्हाइट हाउस सेरामिक कंपनी की) पर असली टोल प्लाजा को बायपास करके नकली टोल प्लाजा चला रहा था। ठगों ने असली टोल से आधा रेट चार्ज किया (कार से ₹20-200, ट्रक से ₹110-595 तक असली था) और वाहनों को प्राइवेट रास्ते से मोड़ लिया। यह उद्यम कोई 1.5 साल से ज्यादा (लगभग 2022-2023) बेरोक टोक चलता रहा। ठगी की रकम: ₹75 करोड़ से ज्यादा। पकड़े गए: अमरशी पटेल (कंपनी मालिक) और 4 अन्य। 2. Fake अदालत / आर्बिट्रेशन ट्रिब्यूनल (अहमदाबाद, अक्टूबर 2024) एक व्यक्ति ने 5 साल तक (2019-2024) अपना खुद का नकली आर्बिट्रेशन ट्रिब्यूनल (कोर्टरूम जैसा) चलाया। उसने रियल कोर्ट जैसा सेटअप बनाया, नकली जज बनकर कई आर्बिट्रेशन ऑर्डर पास किए और लोगों को ठगा। 3. Fake यूनिवर्सिटी (पाटन, दिसंबर 2024) MK यूनिवर्सिटी नाम की यूनिवर्सिटी UGC और राज्य सरकार से स्वीकृत बताई गई थी, लेकिन हनुमानपुरा (पाटन) में सिर्फ साइनबोर्ड लगा था। असल में वह जगह खेती की जमीन थी और दावा किया गया बिल्डिंग सिर्फ एक फार्म वेयरहाउस निकला। इसे राजस्थान के सनराइज यूनिवर्सिटी के मालिक जितेंद्र यादव (जो पहले से फेक डिग्री स्कैम में जेल में है) को बेच दिया गया था। 4. पीएमओ का Fake उच्चाधिकारी (किरण पटेल, मार्च 2023) अहमदाबाद के किरण पटेल ने खुद को PMO का Additional Director (Strategy and Campaigns) बताकर फर्जी विजिटिंग कार्ड छपवाए। जम्मू-कश्मीर में Z+ सुरक्षा, बुलेटप्रूफ गाड़ी, 5-स्टार होटल और VIP प्रोटोकॉल लेकर घूमा। वहाँ के अधिकारियों को ठगा, उद्योगपतियों को कश्मीर में अवसर देने का झांसा दिया और आर्मी पोस्ट (उरी) तक घूम आया। 5. Fake आरटीओ — नकली आरटीओ इंस्पेक्टर बनकर नौकरी का झांसा (सूरत, 2021 में ₹12 लाख ठगी), नकली RC बुक/दस्तावेज बेचना, फेक ऑनलाइन चालान ऐप आदि। 7. Fake सरकारी दफ्तर स्कैम: छोटा उदेपुर (बोडेली) में संदीप राजपूत ने खुद को इरिगेशन डिपार्टमेंट का “एक्जीक्यूटिव इंजीनियर” बनाकर नकली ऑफिस चलाया (जुलाई 2021 से अक्टूबर 2023 तक)। 93 फर्जी माइनर इरिगेशन प्रोजेक्ट बनाकर ₹4.15 करोड़ सरकारी ग्रांट हड़प ली। जिला कलेक्टर की जांच में पकड़ा गया। एक और नेटवर्क में ₹18.5 करोड़ का ट्राइबल एरिया ग्रांट स्कैम भी हुआ था 8. बैंक फ्रॉड : यह सबसे बढ़िया तरीका। पब्लिक सेक्टर बैंक के मैनेजरों को मिलाकर अरबों निकालो और विदेश भाग जाओ। इस मामले में कमाल करने वाले कुछ गुजराती, 1. डायमंड व्यापारी निरव मोदी — ₹13,500-14,000 करोड़ 2. निरव मोदी के मामा मेहुल चौकसी —₹13,000+ करोड़)। 3. डायमंड व्यापारी जतिन मेहता (Jatin Mehta)— लगभग ₹6,580 करोड़ 4. सैंडेसरा भाई — नितिन जयंतिलाल सैंडेसरा और चेतन जयंतिलाल सैंडेसरा—₹5,000-17,000 करोड़ (विभिन्न रिपोर्ट्स में) । 9. With the exception of Russia, China,Britain and France,arguably there is no nation on Earth in the 21st century that can withstand ONE WEEK of the relentless attacks by the US and Israel.

If the Diego Garcia strike report is accurate, then one of the central assumptions about Iran’s missile program has just collapsed. For years, the accepted ceiling was around 2,000 kilometers. A ballistic missile reaching Diego Garcia suggests something in the neighborhood of 4,000 kilometers, which pushes it out of the medium-range category and into the intermediate-range class (IRBM). That is a strategic leap. The real story is not whether the missile was intercepted. It is that Iran may have demonstrated reach far beyond what much of the world believed it possessed. A 4,000-kilometer capability changes the map. Major European capitals begin to enter the conversation. Paris comes into range. London moves much closer to the edge of vulnerability depending on launch point and payload. This would mean the missile threat is no longer confined to the Gulf, Israel, or parts of South Asia.
