not a problem in the slightest. you can use panel GFCI. it's smarter than ground anyway. grounding in the american sense, of running a third line to capture surge current, is largely obsolete and old-world. virtually nothing relies on surge breaking for appliance faults. GFCI is the way to go. japan does this.
