Hey @AudiCanada I spent $3.5k replacing a failed water pump & thermostat on my 2017 A4 just weeks after the extended warranty expired. The issue began earlier, but I was never notified. Dealer missed it too. Despite my efforts I feel let down. Can someone please review my case?

@AudiOfficial @Audi @AudiCanada this is not how taillights are supposed to function. Brakes and indicators should be separate lamps and indicators should be amber. Your taillights are scientifically less safe and effective and can cause ambiguity. Pls fix this ASAP. Thank you.

@AudiCanada Our Audi Q7 has been with the service team for the past three months after displaying a warning. We've been told it's an engine failure — hard to believe for a premium vehicle with just 120K km. Still no resolution to date. This is completely unacceptable.

This issue with the same car and the same Audi dealer continues to be unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the **worst after-sales service** and the **worst roadside assistance service** we have ever experienced. To make matters worse, this time your failure was so severe that it **put lives at risk**. Thankfully, due to our attentiveness, a potential disaster was avoided. We are beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with Audi. Your services have been nothing short of **terrible**, and this experience has completely eroded our trust in your brand. There are no words left to describe how appalled we are by this level of incompetence.

I am an EXTREMELY UPSET Audi owner, and I have two Audis :(( @audicanada Road assistance @AudiCanada is simply appalling !!!!!!! It has been more than 36 HOURS @Audiroadsideassitance DID NOT HELP! They call themselves road side assistance and they do anything but assistance! Upu are simply making fun of people! Our road side assisstance request had been deleted in your system(!!) TWICE with NO REASON! And, we are STILL waiting! Is this the way you do business or are you spesifically hiring incompetent workers? Which one! Never an @AUDI AGAIN!!
