@shrek2onbluray @Zosiaziva @Jack_g_g @KrangTNelson in that regard i guess i see what you mean. to me it felt like a quirk of the show much like getting praise from Simon on American Idol. i don’t like him outside the show but as a judge i just saw it as his way of saying “this is perfect.” would be better if both judges did it.

@audreyec_ @Zosiaziva @Jack_g_g @KrangTNelson paul hollywood is an infamous egomaniac and came up with the Hollywood Handshake himself as a sort of gold star for contestants. like he might as well just give them a signed headshot

@Jack_g_g @KrangTNelson It’s the most pretentious thing to be on tv maybe ever

@kayleighxarnold Started this fantasy book people on tiktok were raving about. Had amazing reviews. When the mmc meets the fmc, he thinks she’s a servant and sexually assaults her while she begs him to stop. He said he knows she loves it because of how she feels. Apparently women love that book.

the rise in “romance” novels that are casually about the brutalization of women is actually terrifying sorry

@ZindagiForEva I didn’t take the 81 year old to be presented as a happy story, except happy that she was finally free of that man. But also on your tweet, I had no idea so many places still had paper ballots!
English

Also everyone keeps saying "your vote is private, they can't see who you're voting for" well at my polling location we have paper ballots and you have to carry them across the room after filling them out and you can very much see who people voted for. Just saying!
Olivia@theoliviahowell
A woman only voting for the first time at 81 is not a happy story. It’s a story about voter suppression and an American who wasn’t allowed to vote for 63 years because of voter suppression within her home. This is why we need to make sure all women around us feel safe voting.

@livshockley i would have worked at the library forever if i could’ve afforded to live for more than a week off my wages lol
