@GovBobFerguson Hi Bob, i am not affected by this tax but it's going to affect growth. The best way to grow gov revenue is to grow the economy. It's hard to exit a urban 'doom loop' like in Portland / Oregon. Let's focus on housing and job / wage growth.

My Millionaires' Tax proposal applies to less than .5% of Washingtonians. With that: 170,000 small businesses no longer pay a B&O tax. 460,000 more households receive the Working Families Tax Credit. All Washingtonians no longer pay sales tax on baby and hygiene products.

@guizmaii With hikari, there is a maximumPoolSize config that should be used, and the Magnum setting should NOT be used. Magnum doesn't know whether it's a hikari pool or something else. Will make sure that's added to the doc.

Avoid ZIO Semaphore in high-contention scenarios if you can 1. It's slow 2. It wastes RAM copying Lists If the wait queue gets long, point 2 becomes significant. We're working on both Tip: with magnum-zio, don't use the layer that uses a Semaphore!
