Beware of anyone setting dates of when Jesus will return. Only God knows the day and the hour. It could be tomorrow or it could be 1,000 years from now. Anyone who says they know the exact date is a false prophet.

So there is a segment of the theobro community that is now so far gone they are arguing that God does not love sinners. Sorry, I’m out on that. He loved me when I was dead in my transgressions, and it brought me to repentance.

@madmandrils @ReformReclaimed @Soteriology101 If we're talking about everyone living , I believe all people will hear the gospel. That's why he tells us to go into all the nations to preach the gospel. Mark 16:15: "He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation'"

@madmandrils @ReformReclaimed @Soteriology101 Ok so I'm talking about people who have heard the gospel. You keep going back to people who haven't heard the gospel. But do you really think a loving God would throw people in hell just because they were born/died before the gospel reached them ?

The Holy Spirit speaks to the heart of man, some allow the Holy Spirit to move in them to repentance and salvation, some ignore the Holy Spirit and want to stay in their sin. Those are the people that are going to hell.

@JonathanTreal Sounds like the Holy Spirit is already beginning to open your eyes to His truth. 🙌🏼. There's nothing wrong with social Media or games etc, in moderation, but some aren't good for born again Christian's.

@madmandrils @ReformReclaimed @Soteriology101 My question to you is this, if God predetermined who would be saved regardless of their actions, beliefs etc , why would Jesus have needed to go to the cross? If it was already determined, then no need for a savior ... it just doesn't make sense.

@JonathanTreal Your identity is in Jesus Christ, not man. It's a process, but you'll get there. Start asking him to show you yourself through his eyes. Ask him to allow you to see yourself as he sees you. You are who he says you are. Forgiven, chosen, the head and not the tail.

@JonathanTreal If you mess up (we all do) you pull yourself back up, you repent, and you get right back in there. That's where the devil gets Christians. He reminds them of their sins and makes them feel defeated. Don't you let that keep you down we all sin. Keep your eyes on the face of Jesus

@JonathanTreal That's what Satan does. Tell him he is a liar ! He will always try to make you doubt what God has already done in you. Anything that raises itself up against the word of God cast it down. Tell him to shut up. He has to depart from you at the very mention of the name of Jesus.
