Aundray Fowler led Amsterdam today with 29 points, connecting on 8 of 10 3-pointers, in the win over Rye. Amsterdam made 11 of 17 from 3 in the game. Ben Hudson also scored 29 for Rye (10-14 FG) with seven 3-pointers.

Amsterdam senior guard Aundray Fowler is named the Class AA tournament's Most Valuable Player. He scored a game-high 26 points in the championship win over Niskayuna.

(2/3) @aundrayfow was integral in securing that victory. Not only did he drop a game-high 26 points, his biggest play of the night didn’t even show up in the box score. With 7 seconds remaining, Fowler fought for an offensive rebound off a missed FT. He raced for the loose ball, which ultimately went out of bounds off Nisky, giving Amsterdam possession with 4.5 ticks left, and the Rams were able to run out the clock. 3 years after suffering heartache in the Class A final - blowing a 17-point lead to Troy and losing in double overtime - Amsterdam erases that sour taste and leaves Harding Mazzotti Arena as section champions for the first time since 1996. @GASDAthletics @Section_2_hoops @Hoops518

Amsterdam came from behind to take a tough home win over Gloversville, 48-40. CJ Miller led the Rams with 16 points and Aundray Fowler added 14. Rams have won 11 straight and finished league play with a 16-0 record and are 18-2 on the year. 🏀💪🏻
