In terms of football style, tactics and reading the game, Liam Rosenior is top. I'm just worried about how he's going to deal with pressure at a big club like Chelsea. He has the luxury of doing his work peacefully without pressure at Strasbourg even during a bad run. Here, one or two bad results, fans, pundits and journalists will pounce and try to teach him his job and that can make a manager panic and make adjustments he doesn't need to make. Plus how he's going to handle bigger stars than he had at Strasbourg. If he can overcome these two obstacles, then I don't see why he won't succeed at Chelsea.
