We had a large garage fire and had @AutoOwnersIns insurance. If you wonder how good they are… they are fantastic. We couldn’t believe how rapidly we were paid out and did not have to fight them on ANYTHING. As terrible as the fire was, Auto Ins was the one bright spot.

@AutoOwnersIns your roadside assistance is brutal! Daughter was in a wreck, I called & couldn’t get the guy to quit talking & trying to give me a gift card! All I wanted was a tow truck! I can’t imagine being on the highway with that experience! FIXIT!

The unprofessional scam practices of @AutoOwnersIns is astonishing! Daughter was involved in a no fault accident that totaled her car, 3 weeks ago. Adjuster does not do phone calls, only emails and now refuses to pay out the claim, and they have vehicle and title I signed over!
