That’s all Trump wants. A little gesture. It’s not that much to ask. The screeching about it from the euros is quite telling. Especially since Macron clearly gets it, when France is the one country in Europe that could survive without NATO. Why don’t the rest of them understand?

@planefag Europe does not have the naval capacity to assist the US in the gulf in any meaningful way. The best most countries could do is send a small cruiser that could look like its helping. Carrier strike groups are Americas strength.

@GIshayu @davidfrum I’m not even trying to be sarcastic. That “deterrence”even if it was 10000 would be wiped out within minutes. No air defense, EU navies wouldn’t be able to get within 1000 miles of Greenland. I just don’t believe the hyperbole in the story, sending 1000 people to die?

I’m not here to talk about the time Cole Huston who self proclaims himself as “Magic” and his 10 BU buddies hit up their agent 2 hours before our HB3 show in Boston (that was sold out) and asked me for tickets and then walked out mid show because they felt like they were too good to laugh. They were sitting in VIP on the stage. 93.1 tried to do them a solid as I was appreciative they were fans. What did we get in return? Literally a walk off. Was that a big reason BU probably sucked this year? Probably. That’s not what I’m here for though. I wish him the best. Would I want to have a beer with him? No I honestly wouldn’t. But that’s baseball. And that’s how the game goes. I still hope he does well. And he’s got a way better chance of playing way longer than I did in the National so it seems. Good luck fella. You’re paying for tickets next time and I’m stuffing you in the pigeon deck. You gotta re-earn my respect that’s worth nothing.

Not to defend Trump, but nothing he says about Spain’s defence spending is factually wrong. They alone in NATO have not agreed to the 3.5% target. Not really sure what Merz was supposed to do here. Claim that’s not true?

I can’t even begin to enumerate all the nasty things Parker Molloy has said about me in an effort to punish me for reporting about pediatric gender medicine and to scare off other reporters who might dare to enter this arena. My policy with responding to such behavior is I report what people such a Molloy say or do, and will often fact check errors. They then turn around and make vicious and demeaning claims about who I am.

And i can guarantee you that the EF-2000 would shoot any american jet out of the air bar the F-22 and F-35
